hate design

i hate design subjects!!!! i hate and hate and hate and hate design subject!!! i never choose to have advertising as my minor... its fixed... i'm forced to... whatever design subjects... no matter they are using illustrator, photoshop, dreamweaver, flash or after effects.... i just hate hate hate hate them!!!!
ironically i'm going to a television commercial production house for industrial training....



ok.. so the beta test was cancelled today... but still... after effects isnt getting any easier... the more things we wanna do... the more complex it gets... very good....




i'm currently... again... broke.... i just like to spend a lot after saving for a heck long time... pampered myself with bbq chicken last thursday while doing our IA report with the whole lot... the "LAI" gang.... when we reached bbq chicken... it was totally empty... then slowly... customers filled the place as it is lunch time.... then at around 3pm... i started to rain... CATS AND DOGS!!!! ok now... we are all trapped in bbq chicken.. we cant attend ashwinder's class.... the whole lot of us... 8 members of the "LAI" gang... all stuck in bbq chicken... until "lai yan" said his car is actually at jaya1 and drove th drivers of the "LAI" gang to get their cars... the jam outside utar is honestly... terrible... horrible... vegetable.... brrr... it took me like almost 15-20 mins to get from utar PC to jaya1.... aish...




back to today... CRM lecture was pathetic judging on the attendence... people are somehow getting fed-up of the lecturer's frequent-insults.... well... the problem is he just can't stand or tolerate with a teeny weeny bit of noise... in my opinion, bc students have been pretty quiet in his class already... if he could be like other lecturers who keep an eye close and just entertain those who wanna listen... there will not be so much problems... you cant just keep comparing with others.... every class is different... even when the whole class is interested... there will still be noise... arent you teachers were trained to compromise with the conditions in class and try to adapt different teaching styles to different bunch of students???? this should be a quality that no other occupations have besides tutors/teachers.... oh i forgot... our dear man couldnt even handle the microsoft word properly.... what else can i ask for????



i just washed my car... the best thing is... it rained right after i clear up the stuff... good tuhan... luckily my car is parked inside so it's free from raindrops... hopefully it'll last me for a few months... why does my car get dirty so easily????



i should be doing my crm assignment 2... but i prefer editing my screenplay and scriptwriting proposal... wahahaha.... "pilih kasih"-nye...

frustrated short semester...

i just dont know why but i really have a very negative feeling about short semesters... everything seems to go wrong for me during this time of study.... foundation went chaos.... i could accept that as a coincidence... but degree too???? i dont think so...

i know short sems are suppose to be a more relaxed time of study... but no... not for me... everything is squished up into 7 weeks instead of 14... assignments are in a rush... everything... is a hassle!! when there is doubt you'll have to wait till the next week for consultation.. because most of the lecturers are part time... even if they aren't, you only get to see them once or twice a week... which you will have to delay your work until the next week which is also a week closer to your deadline....

all my assignments gone haywire during this semester... nothing just seems to go right... not even a single thing.... dont mention public speaking because it didnt go as plan either... my impromptu was utter nonsense... as i dont have enough time to work out the points... my persuasive was worst as i was damn nervous of being late and the FIRST one... my demonstrative was a huge disaster!!! as our topic wasnt demonstrative enough and we were under the time limit.... these are the minor cases of the semester...

let's hear about the serious ones...

multimedia design and applications... why do they always have to have web page design subjects in short semesters??? why do they have to have it in our course anyway???? i so hate webpage design now... i think i would now rather work in a bank than to work with web page design... i change my mind about giving it a chance when i'm desperate... no chance given... eventhough i have to beg in the streets... no web page design!!! if you see me charging into the webpage design field in the future... i'm not the person you've known anymore... so dont greet me or anything... i might be suffering from amnesia due to a huge great big accident... i might not even remember you... so please bear with me...

my assignment was a total wreckage!! if my demonstrative speech was a disaster... this assignment is a whole "doomsday"!!! at first... ok the only part that went right... is i got to choose the title that i want... that's all... then everything starts to go wrong... i'm in charge of flash.. and i cant do anything right with it!!! ok the page by page thingy is ok... but when it comes to linking... i'm really near to killing myself... i thought of just failing the whole assignment... but i cant bring my group members down with me... the whole assignment is a total failure all because of me... and ever since... nothing has gone right with this assignment... even the posting doesnt work for me... fine... i'm so thru with webpage..

day 6 -last day!!!

since it's the last day of shooting... everything is more relaxed... as we landed ourselves at NZX... again!!! this time... we are inside!!!

day5 -part1+2+3

Woke up damn early this morning.... 6.40am!! alarms keep ringing and ringing... one louder than the other... ish ish... so the 4 of us sleeping in festiny's room(eggy+joanne+me+festiny) drag ourselves out of bed and got ready.... those in the other room are not awake yet... so we thought maybe we'll just start setting up first... until 7.30... there's still no movement from the other room... so festiny went in and woke them up.... seems like they stayed up late the previous night to go through footages of the earlier shots... and found out that the one shot in section 17 cant be used due to visible shadows and unconsistent lighting.... oh shoot... now we'll have to seek for another place fast and quick... because tomorrow's the last day of our shooting week...

continuing last night's unfinished takes.... some of us went down for breakfast... taking turns...

then... a group plus our male talent set off to jalan kuching for the next scene while a few stayed back to finish the "unfinished" scene....

day4 -part2

after class... all of us gathered at pieggie's house to wait for PJ and Boey... since their class ended at 2pm and ours ended at 5.. i assume they left the uni already....

our journey to selayang is not as smooth as it is suppose to be... as we got lost.... stuck in the jam... etc etc... why is everytime going to selayang a diasater??!!! sheesh.... i'll never ever get there 1 shot smoothly.... by not getting lost and stuff... ish ish ish...

anyway.... this is when i missed the opening ceremony of the beijing olympics...

reached festiny's place at around 9 something.... rushed off for a bath and get things settled down and start setting up....

oopps.... after so many days... i totally forgotten that i have left my mv progress reports behind... heee...

here's days 4...

Friday.... today's comm theory tutorial class was cancelled... so we took the free time in the morning to shoot the swimming pool part of our mv... at ken iii apartment... thanks to bear's friend... adrian for helping us persuading the guards...

due to the security guards' pestering.... not many photos were taken.... at first they say we can shoot as long we dont shoot the building... then suddenly they said that we lied to him about shooting and we are not allowed to shoot again... ish... bising betul~~
